We don't work for a specific provider, which allows us to mix and match recommendations specific to each situation. Here are some of the reasons our clients love our business model:

• We run free, no-commitment tests complimented by pre-test research of clients' locations before making any recommendations. Our clients aren't dummies. With our help, they can see the different options and results available with their own eyes, and use that information to make an educated choice that they can feel good about!

• If a client of ours feels like they don't know enough about the subject to make an educated choice based off of the numbers we provide, then we take the time to get them up to speed (no pun intended) so that they can feel good that they've made the right choice.

• We provide access to technology and hardware that isn't as widely known or available as we believe it should be.

• We handle the details to make the process as hands free and simple for you as possible. After folks have the information they need to make a choice, professional installation (if applicable) is included in initial cost to ensure the best possible performance with the least possible headaches!

• We match the solution to our clients' goals. For example, if a client primarily wants to be able to stream movies, all options that aren't suitable for streaming movies are off the table. We've been able to help folks in rural areas do things they'd never expected to be able to do in the near future such as: stream HD video (or multiple HD videos at once), play online games with little or no lag, transition to working from home, do online video chats, and more!

• We are busy, but local. We strive to be as responsive as we can to calls, texts and emails. One of our goals is to offer the fast, face-to-face service 1-800 numbers often struggle to provide.

• We've been able to help folks get ACTUALLY fast internet (high download and upload bandwidth with low latency), even in areas where fiber optic options are not available or are cost prohibitive. Results and options vary depending on location and other factors. *We are unable to quote speeds at your location without prior research and testing* That being said, we've helped folks achieve as little as 30 mbps download to as much as 1.1 gbps (1100mbps) download bandwidth, with latency as low as 17ms in areas without access to fiber optic or cable internet. 

• Internet is not the only thing we do, and offer a potential "one stop shop" for folks who are looking for multiple solutions to address separate problems. Many of our clients have expressed how nice it is to have integrated systems that are customizable and specifically tailored to their wants and needs.
